Each contract is tailored to the requirements of our clients and relevant third parties. As principal contractor, the team work alongside the contracts administrator to plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate the entire construction phase. Accurate estimating and strong communication are central to the process from tender to completion.
David Noonan Construction Director (MCIOB) leads an impressive team of contracts managers and highly experienced site managers, which extends to incorporate structural engineers and surveyors as required, ensuring that each challenge is met with the appropriate competence, precision and expertise.
