Direct to Client
As a separate, dedicated service, the Direct to Client offering is personal and adaptable in approach. The process tends to be highly consultative, with significant Barr Build design input.
Direct to Client projects tend to be those where planning permissions, if required, are already in place and there is no further third-party requirement. Works can commence quickly (within 6-12 weeks of initial enquiry) and are carefully tailored to client timelines and budgets, which the team pride themselves on meeting. A close working relationship between client, contract manager and site foreman, ensures a smooth, stress-free build. The team offers consistent excellence in process and workmanship, whatever the style or size of the project.
