Crinan Studio
Buckinghamshire
PROJECT TYPE: Direct to Client
ARCHITECTURE: HollandGreen
INTERIOR DESIGN: Last Interior Design
CABINETRY: Barr Joinery
OVERVIEW: Crinan Studio was designed to complement the residence it sits alongside. Starting life as a stable block, the reformed structure is clad in black low-sheen standing-seam aluminium, with slimline modern fenestration. A matched timber shadow gap open entrance porch makes it the perfect 'mini-me'.
Inside walls are clad in white-stained oak by Trunk and floors are finished in Iron Grey polished concrete by Lazenby. A large open-plan studio, with a hidden kitchenette at one end and a cosy study snug at the other, sandwiches the entrance hall and shower room, which incorporates state-of-the-art steam room functionality.
