OVERVIEW: The conversion of a traditional brick and stone outbuilding into a standalone guest annex. Works were carried out on a cost-plus basis and were aligned with the recently renovated main house.

Structural remodelling included the lowering of the base floor slab and the rebuild of the upper part of the outbuilding to incorporate a raised overall wall height. A new roof structure with a raised ridge beam and dormer windows allows for two-storey living. Works included an electrical and plumbing refurbishment, as well as a full joinery and cabinetry refit. All finishes, fixtures and fittings were completed to the highest standards, providing self-contained guest accommodation just a stone’s throw from main house.
