Existing Barr Build clients: Once works are completed, or as the defects period comes to an end, our Aftercare & Maintenance team is available to discuss ongoing maintenance requirements — carrying forward our established knowledge of your property and the relationships built during the project.
Clients new to Barr Build: Alongside a full assessment of the property, we take time to understand your lifestyle and logistical requirements, so your plan fits the way you use your home.

Specific processes and procedures, relating to access and discretion, are built into every contract. The team have experience of working under strict NDAs. Where required, all third parties are escorted on and off the property.

Works requiring specialist certification are carried out by accredited Barr Build partners, in accordance with manufacturers' requirements and industry guidelines and in line with individual insurance requirements.

Where formal plans and planning permissions are not required, access to the full Barr Build capability enables accurate quoting, rapid commencement, efficient execution and timely completion of minor extensions, alterations or internal remodelling works.
Listed buildings repair
Aligned with Historic England guidelines and listed buildings consent requirements, our team advise on, and carry out, heritage repair works, alongside trusted third-party historic buildings specialists where expert guidance is required.

Yes. We look properties new to the company as well as those built or renovated by ourselves, always starting with a full assessment of the property.
