Whether tailoring our Aftercare and Maintenance offering for an existing client or developing a holistic understanding of a new property’s systems and structural requirements, the same high standards of professionalism are applied, combined with the expertise to ensure the best possible long-term property care.
For existing Barr Build clients, once works are completed or after their defect period has come to an end, our Aftercare and Maintenance Manager is available to discuss ongoing property maintenance requirements.
For clients new to Barr Build, rigorous property assessment, together with a full understanding of our clients' lifestyle and logistical requirements, allows us to produce an advisory report and a considered long-term maintenance proposal.

Specific processes and procedures, relating to access and discretion, are built into every contract. The team have experience of working under strict NDAs. Where required, all third parties are escorted on and off the property.
Certification
All work requiring specialist certification is carried out by trusted Barr Build partners. Guarantees and warranties are kept up to date, in-line with insurance requirements.
Minor construction works
Where formal plans and planning permissions are not required, access to the full Barr Build capability enables accurate quoting, rapid commencement, efficient execution and timely completion of any minor extensions, alterations, internal re-modelling works.
Listed buildings repair
In accordance with Historic England guidelines and respecting Listed Buildings consent requirements, our knowledgeable and highly trained team can advise and carry out specialist repair works, with trusted third-party heritage buildings specialists available to provide expert guidance where required.
