Barr Group: CIOB Awards finalists

Barr Group are proud to announce that our team, led by Director David Noonan, has reached the final of this year's CIOB Awards in two prestigious categories – Team Award and Construction Manager of the Year!

Our journey to the finals was driven by our work on Ridgeley Farmhouse, a unique double-sectioned dwelling, designed to belong within its stunning Buckinghamshire setting. The challenges and triumphs of this project have truly showcased the capabilities and commitment of our team.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey – including our clients, Jane Duncan Architects + Interiors, and Greenway Associates project management – and to the Chartered Institute of Building for this esteemed recognition. We look forward to the final event, where we will join other industry leaders to celebrate excellence in construction.
