Barr Group Ltd. are extremely proud to announce our accreditation as a Chartered Building Company with The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

The certification is part of an ongoing commitment to being a purposeful business across all of our operations.

The Chartered Institute of Building is at the heart of a management and leadership career in the built environment. Chartered Building Company status is a perfect fit for our business, and the certification is a testament to the standard of our current practices and our ongoing commitment to creating a positive impact across the whole of our business.

Chartered Building Companies can demonstrate that they are competently and professionally run, operate to high business and ethical standards, are committed to developing a fully qualified workforce, and have a significant number of directors that are already chartered - either with CIOB or other built environment organisations.

There are currently over 400 certified Chartered Building Company organisations worldwide. Organisations chartered with CIOB are independently assessed and regularly audited.

Our MCIOB members are Barr Build Director David Noonan, Contracts Manager Fred Kirkness and Senior Buyer Marius Tomozeiu.

Chartered member status, represented by the designations MCIOB and FCIOB, is recognised internationally as the mark of a true professional in the construction industry.

“Our clients rightly expect high standards in everything we do. Becoming a Chartered Building Company is an important step for Barr Group in continuing our commitment to achieving the highest possible standards across all operations.”
