Finance & HR Administrator
Part‑Time
We’re looking for a part‑time Finance & HR Administrator to join the team and play a key role in supporting our finance and HR functions.
This is a great opportunity for someone with accounts experience who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working across multiple teams.
What the role involves:
• Processing supplier invoices end‑to‑end (coding, approvals, posting)
• Supporting CIS & Domestic Reverse Charge processing
• Supplier reconciliations & payment runs
• Chime → Construct labour transfer & CIS deductions
• HR administration including BreatheHR updates, holidays & payroll hours
• Supporting finance policies, training, audits and continuous improvement
• Occasional reception cover
Who we’re looking for:
• 2–3 years’ accounts payable or similar experience
• Knowledge of CIS / DRC helpful
• Good communication & attention to detail
• Confident with Sage, QuickBooks & Excel
• Organised, proactive, and able to work confidentially
Hours and pay negotiable depending on experience
